Kaitlyn Flieg

President

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn Flieg, and I am from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am a Secondary Mathematics Major with a Math Minor, and I plan to teach high school or college mathematics after graduation! Along with Sigma Kappa, I am also involved in the Association of Catholic Tech Students. I enjoy playing intramuals for Sigma Kappa and ACTS. I am honored to be serving on Sigma Kappa's Executive Council, and I cannot wait to see what the year holds!

Hey hey hey!! My name is Anne Brown, and this is my fourth year as a member of Sigma Kappa! I am honored to serve as the Executive Vice President of for Beta Epsilon's Executive Council! I am a senior Communications major with a concentration in theatre. I am from Monroe, Louisiana, and I plan to graduate in November to pursue my career in acting!

Hey friends! My name is Bethany Schimmel. I'm a junior from Quitman, Louisiana. This year I am blessed to serve as the Vice President of New Member Education; coincidentally, I am a Elementary Education major. I joined Sigma Kappa my sophomore year, and I keep falling in love with it and these girls more each day! I’m always looking for new hobbies and love trying new things. Recently, I have tried out tennis, kayaking, and even growing vegetables. However, my favorite thing to do is hop in the jeep and go on a road trip to see new places. I especially love getting to try all the wonderful food along the way!

Hey everyone! My name is Ronni Tilmon, and I'm from Monroe, Louisiana. I'm a junior Biology major concentrating in Pre-Medical and plan on attending Medical School after graduation. I joined Sigma Kappa in fall of 2015, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am so honored to be serving Sigma Kappa as Vice President of Scholarship. Along with Sigma Kappa I'm also involved in many other organizations on campus including the BCM, Alpha Epsilon Delta, and Tri-Beta. A few things I absolutely love are pugs, Netflix, and of course spending time with my sisters! This sorority has given me so many different opportunities to grow and to prepare me for any future endeavors. It has also given me friendships that will last a lifetime. I am so thankful to serve on Executive Council and am excited for everything this year has in store!

Hello everyone! My name is Natalie Mueller, and I am a sophomore biomedical engineering major from Batavia, Illinois. After graduation, I intend to continue my studies and pursue a career in research. Along with Sigma Kappa, I am currently involved in Engineering & Science Association and Biomedical Engineering Society on campus! In my free time, I love to stay active, bake cookies, and hammock in Hideaway. Sigma Kappa has given me so many wonderful friendships and opportunities; I am blessed to be apart of such an incredible organization. I am so excited to serve as the Vice President of Alumnae Relations for the Beta Epsilon chapter this year!

Kathryn LaFleur

Hey everyone! My name is Kathryn LaFleur, a sophomore Accounting major at Louisiana Tech. I am from Pineville, Louisiana. I currently serve as the Vice President of Finance for Sigma Kappa, but you can just call me the VPF to save some time! I joined Sigma Kappa my freshman year in 2015. It was one of the greatest decisions then and still is today. I love spending time with my sisters, hammocking in Hide-Away Park, making the ever-so-lovely Taco Bell runs after meeting, and continually investing and being invested in by these girls who I can call my close friends. I enjoy being outdoors, hunting and fishing, belting the lyrics of "Mamma Mia," reading on rainy days, and re-watching Gossip Girl on Netflix (because we all know it is a classic). I hope this helped you get to know me, and I cannot wait to meet you. Go Dawgs!

Hi! My name is Anna Blake, and I am a kinesiology major and music minor. I am so excited to serve as the VP of Philanthropic Services because our philanthropies are so important and so special! Along with serving with Sigma Kappa philanthropies, I also volunteer with the Cinderella Project in Monroe, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and I am honored to be the current Miss Louisiana Tech University. I am so thankful for all the amazing community service opportunities and friendships Sigma Kappa has given me!

Hello friends! My name is Micaela LeBarron, and I have the privilege to serve as the Panhellenic Delegate. I am from Bossier City, Louisiana and came to Louisiana Tech to pursue a major in Nursing. I hope to work as a pediatric nurse after graduation. In my free time I love to walk my dog and layout by the pool! I am blesses to have gained such sweet friends from Sigma Kappa!

Hello and thanks for visiting our website! My name is Allison Powell and I am from a small town in Louisiana called Heflin. I serve as Continuing Membership Chairman for our chapter and also have the honor of being on our chapter’s executive council. To tell you a little more about myself, I am a sophomore Finance major with plans to get my MBA once I graduate in Spring 2018. Some of my favorite things to do are travel, read (a lot), and hang out with friends. A few things I love are Jesus, my family, and the Dawgs!! I joined Sigma Kappa informally in Spring 2016 and it has been a blessing ever since. The memories and friendships you make here are unforgettable and I am so grateful for each and every one!
