Chelsie Fortenberry

President

My name is Chelsie Fortenberry and I am the current president of Sigma Kappa. I am currently a senior majoring in early childhood education! I am from Tallulah, Louisiana. Last summer, I had the privilege of serving as a gamma chi! I like to sing my heart out in the car, good around with my friends, and shop! After I graduate, I hope to find a job teaching the future leaders of America. I’m the first woman in my family to go Greek, and it’s a decision I have never regretted. I will always be indebted to Sigma Kappa and all the love it has given me.

Taylor Heiden

Hello! My name is Taylor and I’m the Executive Vice President! I am currently a senior majoring in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Studies. I am from Ruston, Louisiana! I am on the council for Fashion Republic (Merchandising club) and I am a member of Kappa Omicron Nu. I am a member of The Bridge Community Church and help lead the 8th grade girls youth small group. I love spending time watching baseball, reading a good book, and hanging out with my friends and family. Upon graduation I plan to stay in Ruston to work as a real estate agent decorating and selling homes in the area.

Hey Hey!! My name is Whitney Renshaw, and I am so grateful to get to be the Vice President of New Member Education for the chapter of Beta Epsilon! I am from Tyler, Texas and am studying Family and Child Studies. My dream is to move to Tennessee and be an Elementary School Counselor. I love spontaneity and anything fun! On a normal day you can find me sipping a sonic drink after going on a nice long walk. I am so grateful for Sigma Kappa and the life long memories that I have already made while being in house!

Greetings! My name is Elaine Ezell and I am the Panhellenic Delegate. I am currently a Junior majoring in Speech Language Pathology. I am from Delhi, Louisiana! I enjoy reading in my spare time. I love being on Panhellenic Council and executive council because these opportunities have brought me dear friends I wouldn’t have made otherwise. After I graduate from Tech I plan to attend graduate school for Speech Language Pathology!

Hey, my name is Faith Guice. I am the Vice President of Alumnae Relations. My hometown is Downsville, Louisiana. I am 19 years old, and a sophomore in the Nursing program at Tech. I plan to work as a Registered Nurse and possibly attend Physician’s Assistant school. I am involved with student recruiters and Bulldog Belles and Beaux here on campus. I love to do calligraphy, paint pictures of farm animals, and cook shrimp fettuccine. I am also getting married in November 2019!
